This website has no forms and does not collect information you enter. Our website host processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site securely.

- To provide our services: pack-out, inventory, cleaning, storage, pack-back and delivery of your belongings.
- To communicate with you about your project by phone, email and, with your consent, text message.
- To coordinate with your insurance carrier on your claim.

- Your insurer or adjuster, for your claim.
- Service providers that help us run our business, including our project-management platform, ContentsOps, operated by Superlab LLC. ContentsOps stores our project records and sends text messages on our behalf.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and complete your claim, and afterwards as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and insurance record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their work. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
