The program
CRDN of Central and Northern New Mexico sends transactional text messages about your insurance property claim: scheduling, crew en route notices, progress updates, completion notices and a feedback survey. You will receive 1–10 messages per project. Message frequency varies.
How you opt in
During project intake, a staff member reads you the following question. You must agree before your answer is recorded as “Agreed”:
“May CRDN of Central and Northern New Mexico text you scheduling and progress updates about your claim? Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
You then receive this text message:
“CRDN of Central and Northern New Mexico: Reply YES to get text updates about your claim (scheduling & progress). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Terms & privacy: contentsops.com/sms-consent”
Replying YES confirms your consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of service.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one text confirming that you have opted out, and no more messages after that.
